Looking for new Denali

Recommended Posts

I had to sell my 15 denali because we bought a house. So now I'm looking at getting into another Denali. I have been researching and reading but haven't been able to find anything, is there anything going on with the new model? I know no one "knows" but if they were changing in 18 wouldn't their be some info out already?

I would hate to go lease a 17 and then boom the new one is out. Also I wouldn't buy a ford and every time some posts about the Denalis lacking features but Ford seems to be killing it. Way more features and already doing another "remodel" for 2018. What is the General doing? I even like the Ford commercials better, dropping the rocks on the beds is laughable.

Anyways not a rant, really looking forward to getting into a new Denali. Wonder I should wait till 18 or just go get a 17.

edit please don't respond and say it's just a truck why do you need any features. I'm genuinely asking about the new model. Not trying to start it's just a truck pissing match. Also wouldn't mind some info on leasing.

Total remake on the way. Your results might vary.

I have read that it will be 19 though right? Wouldn't they have released some info if it was this time next year? I haven't followed what gm usually does so I'm not sure.

Another question is, if their is another remake why are they releasing all the other cards with the same "new" interior. IE Acadia, Terrain. They look just like the current trucks

Nothing for 18, no mules out, spy shots or anything, this time in 2013 we already saw the new truck. 2019 at the earliest, 18 will be mostly unchanged.

Good luck, if you get a 17 you will be fine style wise for a couple years atleast if that is what you are worried about.

I got a loaded SLT 6.2 NHT

more rear gear, than is available in any Denali

Less money and equipped better

If ya gotta have the grill, put one in it

Don't forget Magentic Ride Control and the Denali dash cluster..If just going for the looks, get the grille.

Early 18 as a 19 model with extensive aluminum usage.

The cluster would be nice

I tow a lot, i'm good not having the Mag ride

NHT Max tow for me

I also tow a fair amount (30ft enclosed trailer) I've been impressed with the 6.2 and 3.23 and mrc handles it great and rides awesome when not towing. The 3.42 would be nice (and should be an option for the denali IMO) but honestly have no complaints with the 3.23. I had a 2015 Duramax 3500 and I have been very pleased with the 1500 Denali.

Is there a "towing" camera system for the regular denali mirrors? I would like the cameras, but don't like the towing mirrors.

The Intellihaul Trailering Camera System is an Associated Accessory sourced from EchoMaster, an independent supplier and is not warranted by GM or its dealers. EchoMaster provides a 3-year/36,000-mile manufacturer's warranty. For details on the warranty provided by EchoMaster (Power Brand of AAMP Global)

This seems like complete BS that gm would sell it on their vehicle and not warranty it.

I got a quote for a denali ultimate for 55400 39 months 10k miles for around 650 a month with $1200 down. They said the interest in 6.86 with my 650 credit, does that sound about right for GM Financial tier 3 lease? I think they said the residual is 68 or 69%?

Sound like an ok deal with bad credit? Thinking about holding off and trying to get my score up.
