20x12" wheel fit in 35/12.5" tire with 6"lift?

I have 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali with 6"Fabtech lift. Right now I have 20x9 wheels on 35/12.5 Nitto Grapplers. I am looking to add a 20x12" wide wheel into that tire? I know I will be trimming, Has anyone heard of any issues with that wide wheel going into that tire? Recommendations? Wheel also for sale. 20x9 Moto Metal 970.

I have moto metals but all black in 17x9 for my winter wheels with the new cooper atp 285/70/17 love the set up!
