2017 sierra all terrain hood swap

Hello Everyone I'm new to this. I don't like the hood on my 1500 sierra allterrain that much and I like the looks of the 2500 hood with the hood scoop in the front and I wanted to know if anyone knew if it would fit my sierra.

Last I read and saw online was the hoods are not even remotely the same size or shape.

False.............

 

 

There is a minor shape variance on the side body lines, but they do bolt up and look very nice. A competent body man could modify the hood to fit the 1500 grille better.
