The goodyear sr-a's have died!!

Recommended Posts

Well its a happy day for me i got new rubber on her. Man she looks nice

I wanted falkin wildpeak at3 or the nitto ridge grapper but they didn't have it in stock so after the sells man showed me some tires i got these http://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/bfgoodrich-all-terrain-t-a-ko2/p/29052

Its a 33" tire and no rubbing at full lock. And so far it handles pretty good, a lot better then the sr-a haven't hit mud yet just been driving in some pretty good rain. And it takes more throttle before it spins

My question is did i win or would i have liked the other brands better? I have nothing to compare them to

Looks good!

I opted for Goodyear Duratrac's on my truck. I love them, and have been great in the rain and snow as well. Plus they are quiet, but looks aggressive. There's definitely lots of good tires to choose from!

U can't go wrong with radial T/A's - Been around a long time....... As always with new tires - Take it easy for a couple hundred miles - let the mold release wear off.......

I've honestly had no complaints with my SR-A's. They've been fine in rain, snow, and on the beach. I wouldn't expect them to do well in mud but this truck won't be seeing mud so not an issue. I've got 30k on them so far and still probably have at least another 20k of tread left on them. Will probably be getting KO2's are Toyo RT's when these are done and I'll level it at the same time.

How many miles out of the SR-A's? What size new tires? They look very nice on those OEM wheels.

9k honestly they had life left but since i had a plug in my side wall on the back I decided that if i buy tires gonna buy the correct ones once..

Thank ya.

Mine did ok just lack of traction i did put mine in mud and it held up deffently not a great tire for any backroad use/mud.

I need to level mine out now.. make it complete i am surprised i can run a 33" tire i imagine it will rub if your full lock hitting bumps at speed? Its a tight fit at lock.
