I have an Android phone that is not interacting with my truck.

The chevymylink intercom doesn't work but once in a while. I see the problem...I'll leave a pic. Instead.

 

I've reset my phone. Then had my phone replaced. Don't know what to do.

 

Usually the top box is not checked off. And when you go to tap it, nothing changes. Anyone???
