2002 Avalanche Drivetrain Help

Hello fellow Chevy owners. I have a 2002 1/2 ton Avalanche I use as a buggy to fill my corn feeders @ my hunting lease.

I was simply driving down the road and snapped a u-joint. Problem is, the u joint when coming loose, snapped the drive shaft insert fork ? That I've pictured above.

Problem ? Yeah. Does anyone know the actual name or technical name for this part with Chevy ? I prefer Chevy parts hoping they are made in America and not remanufactored Chinese parts. Not that I dislike Chinese, I love them, it's just that this is a USA truck.

Same thing happened to my 07 AVY. If I remember correctly, the cost of an entire driveshaft assembly from the local gmc dealer was about exactly the same as a slip yoke, two joints, and rebalancing.
