You might want to read near the end about "Warranty Information" before doing a lift:

Fabtech makes a nice kit. How much do you want to spend? I had a BDS lift on a truck a while back and loved it - very high quality components. They make a really nice 6" lift that uses Fox coilovers. It's pricey ($3800) but great quality. http://bds-suspension.com/product?ma=5&mo=1&ty=98&yr=2014-2017

I built up a few Jeeps in the past and was satisfied with the Skyjacker kits. I've never used one on a pickup truck.

I'm not a Rough Country fan - the parts are not the same quality as those I mentioned (Fabtech, BDS, Skyjacker). If you're just going to lift for looks and use the truck as a daily highway driver, then any kit will fit the bill. If you're going do any off roading at all, I'd go with a quality lift. These trucks aren't light, you want something that's going to last/hold up

Almost every lift is better than Rough Country. BDS imo is one of the best lifts out there and they do a nice 6".

Whats the difference between coil over and not having it on the bds kit? Could you also link me one for a 2wd

http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/152356-2014-suspension-lifts/

BDS & Zone are the best suspension lifts for 4-6.5"

McGaughys/FTS are from lifts 7-9"

Spacer levels go up to 2.5" of lift

Stay away from cheap lifts. You'll regret it in the long run.

I had always thought rough country was the main guys to go with considering how much you hear about them, guess i'm gonna have to save up a whole lot more for a better lift. anyone have stock vs 6 inch lift? how do you like a lifted truck

You hear about them a lot because they're usually the cheapest, not the best.

Hey man, I've been doing some research on questions like these and have found that ROUGH COUNTRY has built it name for hit self by pumping out a low cost lift that most dealers will go with and approve on their vehicles.

I would agree with others, you get what you pay for and when you're only talking about a few hundred more... I'd go with a ZONE. I was just told it actually is made by BDS which is top of the line lifts.

Also ZONE is easy to install. Easier than ROUGH COUNTRY believed it or not.

Good luck if you're still shopping.
