Cant Do BurnOut In New Truck

Recommended Posts

Been trying to do a burnout with my new 2017 3500 duramax but cant get it to go. I turned traction control and stabilitrack off. I got my foot on the break and floor it, All it does is spin a couple times, stops, kind of hops a bit, then spins a couple times agains and so on. Any suggestions to get this truck burning tires?

Drop into M1, hold the stabilitrak button for 10 seconds. Do a short like 2mph roll and jab the brakes and put the go pedal to the floor. Feather brake pedal accordingly.

I could hit 2nd gear in my 6.0 regular cab smoking.

M3

Turn off traction (2 sec hold)

Foot on brake

Foot on gas

Look for $$$ pealing off your tires

Now you better post a video.

hahahah gonna get new wheels and tires anyways. will try to get a good video though

Sigh...I wish I had the money to do a burnout in a brand new truck. Tires are expensive.

So are trucks and I don't care to wear out any parts faster than they already do.☺

I have had catastrophic breakdowns in past vehicles ( Fords ) These were frustrating events and I have never abused any vehicle I have ever owned. If I abused a vehicle, then had it break down, I would want to kick my own ass so badly.
