That looks sweet. Does the powder cover the inside as well? Just wondering if its a good rust prevention method up here in salt and brine land.

I didn't have the inside coated on mine, but you can definitely have it coated. From what I understand it'll stick to any bare metal surface. As for the chrome, it just has to be scuffed up and it'll stick just fine.

If you're worried about durability you can also get multiple coats.

Yes my chrome bumper is already rusting where the airdamn mounted to it

Thought I multi quoted you in the post above, but you can definitely powder the inside of the bumper. I imagine as long as you don't powder over any rust, a good coat will prevent any rust from developing.

I had the aluminum wheels on my jeep powder coated. The chrome tire iron busted the powdercoat right of the first time I rotated te tires.

 

I wonder if the powder coat is going to be more durable than the paint on my buddies Denali bumper.

 

I'm going to end up getting an aluminum bumper/brush guard eventually
