2015 Sierra Bumper Cap Assistance

Okay, so I have now had to remove my bumper cap twice in the lifetime of the truck. Once to add a logo to the grill, and once to add new headlights. Ever since I installed my new headlights, the bumper cap has not locked in place. It sticks out on the passenger side and in the middle. It seems that the clips that hold it in place do not have enough plastic to catch onto.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there anything you can do to fix it?

It seems menial, but it is really annoying the snot out of me. If anyone could lend a hand, it would be much appreciated.
