My New Lifted 2500 HD

Recommended Posts

I traded in my 1500 for 2500 HD last week. So for this week I have have installed a pro comp 6in lift, removed all the chrome off the doors, all the emblems gone and replace the chrome door handles with black ones and also installed the amp research power step running boards. Been a busy week lol. Does anyone know if they make the mirror caps in black as well. Now onto, the pics.

Before and after chrome door handles replaced with black ones and removed the pin stripe and emblems. Also love the amp research power step running boards

Nicely done but the emblem and factory board removal really makes it unique.

Ignorant Canadian question here. I have a lot of family in the USA, mostly Phoenix and DFW areas, and they all have light colored interiors and none have leather. I'm not dumb enough to think that nobody in the south buys a black leather interior but is a black on black Denali easy to find or is it the exception? Where I am, it's probably 80% black/20% cocoa for Denali's or pretty much any model for that matter. I had mine out in the sun at 80 degrees today and my black interior was cooking. Might be a matter of me having to acclimatize, mind you lol

I know atleaast here in Florida the interiors are mostly light due to like you said the extreme heat. But I always ore start my truck before I get in so it doesn't really bitter me

truck looks sweet! I have Iridium Metalic, but going with dark look as well. I'm not going to hijack your thread here just want to share an option with you that would look nice since you went to all that trouble blackout. Check GMparts.com and get the black window edge moulding since its the only chrome left on side of your truck. Check mine out i did it.
