One of those class action places is trying to go after GM now too 2011-2016 HD trucks. Funny, because majority of states don't sniff or even low enhanced test HD trucks. They aren't even rated for fuel mileage from the government yet the suit is saying they get less than advertised fuel mileage. Uh...they have no advertised fuel mileage to start with.

Speaking of sniff, here in VA, they have those mobile emissions testing places now. You just drive through slowly and they take a picture of your plate and send you a bill. No more waiting at the gas station. I thought that was kind of an interesting concept.
