I have a 2014 High Country with over 100k miles on it. Sometimes when I fully apply the brake the truck will keep moving. It only happens occasionally while in reverse or going forward at low speeds (parking or stop & go traffic) Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Does the brake pedal go all the way down to the floor?

If so, most likely booster or master cylinder.

Or

Does the brake pedal feel very hard to push; like you don't have power brakes?

If so, most likely vacuum pump.

The pedal kind of feels like when the anti lock brakes are being applied. Hasn't happend in a while, but I'm afraid when it does happen again I'm going to hit something.

So then, when this happens is the brake pedal hard and pulsating, do you feel or hear a vibration in the pedal. Are there any lights on the dash/ abs light?

If so, could be an abs wheel sensor needs replaced.
