2015 Suburban Idles Low and Shuts Off

Maybe someone can shed some light into an issue we've been experiencing with our 2015 Suburban.

 

We purchased a 2015 used and had about 44,000 miles and have had it for about a year now. Up until a few months ago we didn't have an issue with it. It started with an Engine Light turning on and off and the truck would idle low and rough. We took it to a Chevy dealership and they did a fuel injection flush and replaced 1 of the fuel injectors as this is what the code stated to do. They also ran all kinds of diagnostics on it and found nothing else. The engine light turned off and not longer idled rough but the truck did continue to idle low. This was about 3 or 4 months ago and the engine light hasn't come on anymore. A few days ago at a stop light the truck while idling really low, shut off and then suddenly turned itself back on. We've taken it to two different dealerships and another auto shop, none have found any issues with the truck. Has anyone else ever experience this? Or can offer any suggestions?
