Hello all,

Had Dodge/Ram pickups since 1973, a total of 44 years. I felt it time to make a change and bought a fully decked out Sierra 1500 crew cab. I have to say I am happy with it so far with the exception of two things,, The Dodge bucket seats are much more comfortable to sit/ride in than GMC's and definitely GM needs to upgrade their satelite antenae. I drive under a tree branch with four leaves in it, and the radio cuts out,, The Ram far excells in these two items over GM.

Welcome and I 100% agree on the Sirius XM radio the reception. It totally sucs, it is hard to even use and something that I will not be signing up for after the trial period. This 2017 has exactly the same satellite piss poor reception as my old 2014 and the 2016 that I just sold. Doubt that all 3 just happened to have a bad antenna there really is a problem with the satellite radio system I think which is too bad as I do enjoy me some Joel Osteen from time to time.

Hey do me a big favor take your new truck out in the bright sunlight and park at different angles and thoroughly inspect the paint job. Have you got any places that look like this pic?

I'm a new meme also and I find my paint to be flawless but very thin on the front bumper/fascia. I have a 2014 Silverado High County in Tungsten Metallic and notice that the paint has had difficulty standing up to bugs on road trips anyone else have that issue?
