I have this on my 2014 and I have 46k miles. Would it be covered under warranty ?

Mine does it when I turn right. Small click somtimes. Can't refabricate it when sitting still but hear it when turning right. My truck has a new drivers seat and still.

Some trucks the retainers will correct the issue.

 

Some trucks will require new seat rails.

The clip costs around $5 and putting it in takes about 10 minutes. For most people it solves the problem.
