SHOP AP wont open !! Weather Ap

2017 All Terrain. CarPlay I Phine Does the Shop Ap only open if you suscribe to Onstar ?? I know pbly useless and not much in it bit mine just says

 

"cant open try again " or something similar

 

Im looking for a good weather ap I can access on the Intellilunk screen

for some reason i had to disconnect my phone from it then it was fine. downloaded the weather channel to it. wish there were more apps on it. maybe in the future
