Hard Shifting Help

1967 C20, 350 engine ( out of a '72 ) and a Turbo 400 trans.

 

When shifting from park to reverse, it hits HARD, same when going into drive. Screeches tires if I dont have brake pushed super hard...

 

What can I look for?
