Sour_Squirrel
I've owned my 2017 GMC Sierra SLE Elevation Edition since the beginning of April. I've kept a log on how much I've spent on fuel for it. So far after 6 months of owning it I've spent $1,758 on gas. That's 87 octane. The odometer reads a bit over 7,000 miles now. I use my truck for driving to/from work, getting groceries and have been on maybe 8 fishing trips towing my boat. That was with 285/55/20 Toyo AT 2's and a front level lift. The next little while will most likely see a increase in fuel useage. A week and a half ago I installed a 6" BDS coilover lift and now run 35x12.5x20's. I have also removed the front valence. Prior to the BDS lift I was averaging roughly 21 mpg. After driving approx 100 miles with the lift I've been getting approx 18.5 mpg.
ALSLT
I spent about $350 with 87 octane on gas averaging 22 mpg. I've only had the truck for almost two months. Everything is stock though.

Assuming $2.50 a gallon, you have consumed just over 700 gallons of fuel, so you are averaging around 10MPG.

You know you admitted in public you have a jack up, over sized tire grocery getter?

Sour_Squirrel
You know you admitted in public you have a jack up, over sized tire grocery getter?Doesn't bother me one bit. But just to clarify; I don't just use it to go buy groceries.... It takes me to/from work and I use it to tow my boat.
Loco-diablo
3.5 months of ownership, 8000 miles, 89 octane tier one gas only... All I know is the DIC says I’m averaging about 19.5 mpg all around. I’m happy with that. As far as actual total fuel cost? I don’t know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
