intake and exhaust

Recommended Posts

I recently installed the Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust , next up will be the AFE intake 51-74104, gotta save or sell something, lol

I wonder how much extra horsepower I can expect without a tune, my dealer is "not" ok with tunes

Edit: its a 2017 6.2

the intake should lean the mixture out so you'll likely see a small gain.

However if your dealer is not ok with a tune... yet they're ok with an exhaust and intake? I'd be concerned about that

Why would you be concerned? Having a tune changes the oem tune.  No dealer will keep a warranty if someone else messes with the computer.

You miss my point, If they are concerned with the tune being changed, I'd think it likely they would also be concerned with other parts being changed as well.
