rattle in center console

I have  a rattle in the center console that I can not stop there is a lot of loose plastic anyone have a solution ?

Need a little bit more information.

Does it rattle constantly, intermittently when hitting a bump, is it the console itself or from the lid?

My 17 All Terrain had a rattle/squeak coming from the center console lid every time I placed my arm on it. Turned out to be the plastic handle. A little oil fixed that right up.

I found a service bulletin for it it is the side panels on the upper part of the console mine are the silver plastic carbon fiber ones you take of the top of the console and then the side panels. Put a piece of felt in and replace the panels it stopped my rattle. I could hold my hand on the trim piece and it would stop it was driving me nuts

my cup holder rattled an squeaked with a drink in it every time i hit a bump . I popped it out and lined the edges with foam . Its the new design that isn't removable .
