2015 wheels on a 2002?

Recently purchased a 2002 Yukon xl 1500 in Florida. I’m moving to Colorado, thing is, this truck needs new tires and then I’ll need snow tires in co. Truck has stock 16s.

 

Found a set of good 2015 Yukon 18s with good tires. 265/65/18s. I can pick these up for less than the cost of new tires for the stock 16s.

 

Will these fit on this truck? Am I going to put any stresses on the truck with the jump in wheel size?

They will fit perfect with no problems.
