What size rims would you recommend?

I have an 04 Silverado 1500 crew cab z71. It's all stock. I currently have stock 17" rims with 265/70/17 tires. I'm looking to fit 285/70/17 tires on and will be tightening the torsion bar to create enough clearance. I'm also looking to get aftermarket rims that'll make them stick out a bit. What rims or sizes would you suggest?
