2016+ silverado rare different style grille?

i notice that there are some silverado (2016+) that have the upper grille part with a embossed chevrolet writhing on it... the only one i saw was from the internet never in real life and i found some on ebay... no cheap part they were real gm part, was it a special option to have that grill or is it a special trim like a highcountry???

He's talking about a grille with an embossed "Chevrolet" on the top trim piece.

 

I looked into these on Ebay when I was looking for a painted grille, but they don't actually make a Deep Ocean Blue Metallic one...

 

Looks like they're only on Ebay.  I have no idea what they're from.  Grille is below for reference.
