Injector Tick

There for awhile I thought the cold start tick on my 5.3 was the piston slap or something to do with the valves. After running E85 and having it go away, only to instantly come back after running about 1/2 tank E85 mixed with 1/2 tank of Regular 87 I know for sure its in 1 or more of the injectors on the driver side. Is this a sign of an injector going bad or don't worry about it? I usually run E85 in the winter unless I have to drive more than the normal drive to work each day.

My 11 Silverado with a 5.3 also runs smoother on e85, it’s always had a small tick on 87 regular, the engine made for higher octane , I wouldn’t worry about it

I'm honestly not worried about it, post was more of an fyi than anything but its not a small tick, its actually pretty loud. just wasn't sure if a new one was worth trying or not.
