Clunking noise when turning left

Bebopboop

Question

2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab, lifted 4" with 1.75" wheel spacer.

I get a single clunking noise when I turn left from from a stop intermittently.  It's only happening when turning left, sometimes from a complete stop or making a sharp turn.  Is this a control arm, ball joint, sway bar issue?

Thanks in advance.

Check the cross member underneath the truck, it’s got 4 bolts in it and it ties the left and right sides of the frame together to add some rigidity. They commonly loosen, especially on lifted trucks. They make that pop noise.
