Seatbelt retraction

Anyone else have an issue with the driver side seatbelt being sluggish to retract? The belt in my '14 acts more like a 30 year old truck than a 3 year old one. Anything I can do to fix this?

One thing I've read that can help is just cleaning the belts.  google for how to do it, I don't recall offhand, but it's supposed to help with retracting.
