I have a 2012 gmc Sierra all terrain. I ordered and installed o e m heated seat kit. Took to dealer to get it programmed. Dealership said it took the programming. They never could get the door switches to turn the heated seats on . The seats will come on when using the remote start though. Dealership had the truck for 3 weeks and finally gave up. Any idea as to what could be the problem?

Hello, The install instructions say a truck has switches on the dash. Suv's have the switches on the doors. They are required to have door modules programed in addition to. Do you have the right kit?
