Hub Assembly Replacement Question

Recommended Posts

Just took my 2014 Sierra to the dealership to take care of some rumbling that was going on and first they said it was the brake pads. Their price was fair so I had them take care of it. Then they called and said it also needed a new hub bearing in the driver’s side. That was a little more than I wanted to spend, so I looked it up and it turns out I can get both the driver and passenger side assemblies for about $200 less than it’d take them to replace one.

My only hesitation is that I can’t find any videos showing the replacement on a 2014 Sierra/Silverado. I don’t think they’ll be too different than a 2013, but not finding any makes me a little worried that they might have changed more than I’m anticipating. Does anyone have experience changing these out? Links or tool lists would be helpful if anyone has em.

Thanks in advance.
