Changing a front bumper 2016

So over the holiday season somebody hit my truck in the parking lot AND didn't leave a note, now I have $700 worth of damage. I have a chrome front bumper w/o parking assist and w/o fog lights on there now and need to replace it. I was wondering if I could install a new bumper with fog lights even though my old one didn't have them installed? What is the electrical for tying that all in? I also need to replace the black plastic below the bumper because it ripped out two tabs. Does anybody have a bumper for sale or know how a reliable site that sells them for a good price?

It might take a while, but eBay has some decent bumpers occasionally

Check your local Craigslist. You may find some take offs.
