Range device. What’s all the blinking?

Coming to a stop I get a blink, couple other times I’ve noticed some blinking, is it normal?

Thanks, I thought there was 1 light just for show. Don’t think I got directions.

When I was running a Range in my CC I Plasti-dipped the cover over the lights cause I didn’t like the ricer disco light show on the floor at night. Don’t remember how many coats I did (did one at a time) but I could still see the lights were on but no more show...
