Paint Protection Film On The Front Of Your New Truck

Have any of you had the paint protection film put on the front of you new trucks. I'm considering a  front end (front edge of hood, edge of front fenders, head lights and fog lights) wrap on a 2018 GMC L5P.  Do you have any thoughts, good, bad idea?

I have the painted front bumper and sure wish I had...  The bumper is by far the worst part for chips IMO

I had the bumper on my High Country done in the fall..Almost through winter now and it looks new still.  Very glad I had it done.  I didn't have the lamps done and put a chrome bug shield on the hood.  Lamps still look new and the deflector covers the entire front of the hood.

The whole front of my trucks steel, headlights, bottom of the rocker up to the body line from front to back.  And then a flare up in front of the rear wheel about a foot wide to the height of the wheel well opening.  I have like a 1/3 of the truck covered lol.

totally worth it, have had it on my truck for 3 years, if you have a painted front end its a much. I also had my rockers done about 4 inches up the door since gm paint quality is trash

I did the front and half way up the sides of the truck. I use it on all my vehicles.
