I have a 2018 2500 HD and want to upgrade to a heated steering wheel are they plug and play and do I need to buy anything else besides the wheel itself thanks in advance for your help

You need the clock spring too and there may be some custom wiring involved.  Try the search field in the upper right corner -- there are already a bunch of threads about this retrofit.
