4.3 engine mods

I have not been very successful on the other forum. What exhaust sounds good and has the best performance increase? I probably will bye just the muffler to begin with. Anybody have any experience with Green High Performance Air Filters? Any help would be appreciated. BTW I drive a 1999 Silverado.
