WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?

Bought my wife a 99 yukon SLT, with all the toys, even leather, my brother inlaw has a 99 tahoe LT. whats the difference between the LT and SLT? the only thing visible to me is my wifes has factory running boards, is that it?other than the obvious of the front grill of chevy v.s. gmc everything else seems the same....just curious, :happysad:

the tahoes are designated by LS and LT and GMCs are SLE and SLT.

In 99, absolutely no differences.
Now the trucks in question might be equipped a little differetnly than each other, but that has nothing to do with 1 being GMC and the other Chevy.
