Thumping In Front End

Recommended Posts

2001 GMC Sierra 3500 2wd. Looked under front end and noticed rubber bumpers on a-arm are touching the frame. I recently had truck aligned and ride height was said to be ok. The rubbers are starting to break down. Is this normal and can the rubbers be replaced??

when sitting level, they are suppose to just touch, not squeeze. Many T-bars relax over time, requiring a turn or 2 to get up off those elastomeric jouncer springs.
