It only works on PCs, sorry. These were purchased off Ebay for a local late model Corvette/Firebird/Camaro club. If you search ebay, there have been many available from different sellers and not just GM vehicles.

I received my copy today. Loaded software...a single CD. Tried to open software after loading it but received icon that read, "This API was not located in the specified DLL!" Operating system is Vista. Any ideas?

Yes, common problem. You have to right click the Blue desktop icon and run as administrator. Let me know if you have anymore problems.

Yes, common problem. You have to right click the Blue desktop icon and run as administrator. Let me know if you have anymore problems.


Right clicked, selected administrator and it tries to open up Internet Explorer web page.

Yes, but 1st you need to extract the files. Open up the dvd and select SI Data. An icon should be in that folder. Right click the icon and select extract. What I did is created a new folder on my desktop and called it SI. You can then extract the files to that folder. After you extract the files, run the setup program. Then run the update program and restart. You should be all set from there. Keep me posted.
