Factory Supplied Jack Kit For 2002 Sierra?

I just purchased a 2002 and there is a jack but no extensions and wrench. Does anyone know the part# or a place online to purchase those parts? I tried a few online gm parts dealers and come up with nothing. Thanks

If you have a tool box, it makes perfect storage for an aluminum floor jack. Much easier to use.

I have the factory supplied jack just not the lugwrench and extensions to lower the spare tire!
