6.6 Duramax Mileage?

Stock with 295's, 13mpg city/highway 50/50. 16mpg Interstate @70mph. (corrected for difference in tire size).
Quad on 90hp setting, no DPF with 295's, 15.5mpg city/highway 50/50.
Quad on 90hp setting, no DPF with 295's, Best of 21.4mpg @ 70mph, typically 19mpg on most Interstate trips.
Quad on Econ setting, no DPF with 295's towing 14K 5th wheel, 9-11mpg depending on terrain.
The 50 and 70hp tunes are slightly lower on mpg's than the 90, except when I get on it, then the 90 can really decrease the mpg's as the cloud behind me gets pretty dark.

DPF (Diesel particulate Filter) removal is there a kit to remove ? what are the consequeces of removing it other than smog? warranty?

The DPF can be deleted. Then you must move to Mexico, because it's a federal requirement.

my avg including winter is 15.6 mpg with about 60% city / 40% highway miles
my tires are the factory 265/70 R17 and the miles is aprox 9800 or so miles on the clock.

And tear up your new truck warranty - it won't be any good after you take off the DPF and install the tuner you need to prevent codes...
