Stock with 245's, 15.3mpg city/highway 50/50. 18mpg Interstate @70mph.
Stock with 295's, 13mpg city/highway 50/50. 16mpg Interstate @70mph. (corrected for difference in tire size).
Quad on 90hp setting, no DPF with 295's, 15.5mpg city/highway 50/50.
Quad on 90hp setting, no DPF with 295's, Best of 21.4mpg @ 70mph, typically 19mpg on most Interstate trips.
Quad on Econ setting, no DPF with 295's towing 14K 5th wheel, 9-11mpg depending on terrain.

The 50 and 70hp tunes are slightly lower on mpg's than the 90, except when I get on it, then the 90 can really decrease the mpg's as the cloud behind me gets pretty dark. Chris

Using tuning that I developed, I get 22-24 mpg at 68 mph average, 1900 rpm.

The DPF can be deleted. Then you must move to Mexico, because it's a federal requirement.

And tear up your new truck warranty - it won't be any good after you take off the DPF and install the tuner you need to prevent codes...

I average 18.5 - 80% 75mph; 20% in town (2008 Crew Cab Long Box 4x4 3500)
