  1. I use these fogs! http://www.xenondepot.com/PSX26W-automotive-bulbs-s/1059.htm They are very bright you can choose 5000K or 6000K. Used them in a Silverado and now a Suburban!
  2. So the Chromecast setup uses the OnStar Wifi data. I'm going unlimited.
  3. I use the phillips 921w ultinon they are super bright and have lasted me three trucks and a Suburban. 2014 Silverado, 2016 Silverado, 2017 Silverado and now my Suburban. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=philips+921w+led
  4. I posted this in another topic but figured this may make it easier for people to find. If you buy the google chromecast device ($35) you can play anything that can 'Cast" from your android phone including but not limited to Netflix, Google Play movies and youtube. You plug the chromecast into the HDMI port and the power outlet. Then you connect your phone and the chromecast to the onstar wifi and then you are good to go. Then if your kid knows how to use youtube or netflix they can choose what they want to watch by using your phone as the "remote". Set up was very self explanatory and it basically walks you through the process. Your truck will need to be running to use the 110v outlet. Roadtrips have never been so amazing and quiet!! Not sure if it uses your phones data or the trucks data. I will post if I figure that out. #merica

  6. I just used 0% 72 on Friday for a Suburban. I paid $5XXX of MSRP.
  7. My 2017 2500 does this too. Pretty much right out of the gate, now at 12,000 miles still squeaky. No rhyme or reason when it squeaks some times it does some times it doesn't. I have a video of it squeaking now so I can show the dealer when I bring it in for next oil. I mentioned it the first time and they came back with, "the tech said the pads are like brand new". Well no shit!!
  8. My 14 and 16 both did the static noise or the buzzing on occasion. Seems like interference and some sort of software glitch. It drives me nuts that the screen backlighting pops on when you lock or unlock. While I am technically a millenial and love some of the technology stuff, it is getting ridiculous. I'm not sure how much the dash screen costs to get replaced and I'm positive I don't want to find out.
  9. With the range AFM device. If you have an old model they will replace it. I do not know how to tell if you have a new or old model. If you have a new one, you pull out the device before you start your vehicle. Then you start your vehicle and put the Range in the ODBII port. It should clear any codes you have. Then turn off your vehicle and start it again like normal. One piece of advice on the Range. They recommend not putting the key on unless you are starting your vehicle right away. I have the latest model and I have not had any errors for the 3,XXX miles I have owned my truck. Took me about a week to get sick of the V4 mode. Can't they just put a friggin button in the truck to turn that off?
  10. Here is mine all painted up and finished with the new logo. Don't mind the dust on the rest of the plastic!
