Looking for recommendations for tonneau cover of any variety for 2021 Sierra CC short bed that allows me to keep grab handle inside bed.

My truck wants to install an update.

I recommend you install the update. I noticed this morning that my radio wasn't shutting off when I opened the door. I immediately started checking for a software update. Sure enough it was out there. I downloaded the update and now the radio shuts off like it's supposed to do when the door is opened. -
Anybody running an BAK X4s on a short bed Sierra? I am thinking about buying one. I would be interested to know your thoughts about performance, installation, and tightness. Also, did you have to remove grab handle on the inside of the bed and can the the cover be operated with the tailgate in any position? Thanks

That mat lays pretty natural at about a hole width off. I forced it forward to get it to lock. It's not as bad as I thought so I am going to try it at this position. I really don't want to move the locks. Even more aggravating were the rear mats. The mats are for either a crew or double cab. Neither model escapes having to cut the length. You would think you could buy a liner from GM that fits without having to jack around or trim to install. The IKEA type instructions indicate cutting with scissors. Yea right, I had to use my tin snips to cut.

I bought a set of GM floor liners to replace the factory carpeted floor mats for my GMC Sierra. I just flopped the new liner in the driver side and it appears the locking pins in the carpet don't align with the locks in the floor liner. They appear to be about 1" forward. I didn't try to force the liner forward since the molded liner appears to be in position. Anybody else have to move the pins when installing the GM floor liners?

My brother-in-law wanted to drive my new 2021 Sierra Denali today. I hopped into the passenger and buckled up. On the passenger side seat belt buckle there is a felt type pad on the back of the buckle to keep it from rubbing on the console. The driver side doesn't have the pad. I asked a friend of mine to check his new AT4 and it's the same. I can't help but wonder why it's not included on the driver side. Obviously, it's easily fixed but for $70k I would like for both sides to be the same. Anybody out there have that pad on their driver's side seat belt buckle?

Well.......that simple question certainly got out of hand. After reviewing all of the responses, I have decided to use the 93 octane. Thanks for all the input.

Just took delivery on a 2021 Sierra Denali with the 6.2. Flipping through the owners manual I found it's recommended to use the 93 octane premium fuel. What's everybody using and have you noticed any mileage drop or pinging using lower octane fuel?

Had an interesting confrontation with a dealer today. Found a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali I wanted to buy. Negotiated the price with the dealer. As we began to get everything together, I noticed an entry for "dealer add ons" about $1200. I asked what it was about. It was for undercoating, fabric protection, paint protection including a clay bar. I told them I didn't want any of it even if it was free. Who in the hell would clay bar a new vehicle. I was told it wasn't optional. They were charging it on all trucks. He admitted it was just a way to make a few extra $$$. Neither of us would back off so I didn't purchase it. I refuse to be forced into buying something I don't want or even need. Anybody else run into this situation?

Thinking about a new truck. Currently, have a 2016 Silverado with 18 tires. I am wondering how much of a difference is there in step-in height going to 22" tires on a new truck. Not crazy about using steps just step in truck.
