  1. Jennifer T on here with GM was extremely helpful for my seat issue and I heard from her, then they contacted the dealership to install a "new" part they came up with and it seems to have fixed my seat. I think they are trying very hard to address issues and could not have been better in terms of following up to see the issue was addressed and that I was satisfied.
  2. Installed the part Monday on the seat. Per the Service Tech, it is an extra clip that goes on the cushion connecting it to the mechanism to stop side to side movement of the seat. I have only driven it twice since then but it has not moved since they installed it.
  3. I have loved mine, and GM and my dealership have actively worked to address the seat issue on mine, and now have a part in that the dealer is putting on Friday. This vehicle, rides, drives and gets much better mileage than an Lexus SUV that was handed down to me - it is a very nice truck so far and I am very happy that GM is stepping up to help folks, it is very encouraging.
  4. I do not have lane departure. A GM engineer consulted with my dealer, they said there (as someone else indicated) clips on the front of the seat, the rod is lubricated so there is some movement to allow for the power seat. But, Jennifer is kindly checking for other solutions or a fix, since it is a bit disconcerting occasionally when it moves during braking or cornering. I have not had any other issues, and I love the truck. They did a great job overall, and issues or no worse than Lexus/Toyota or Fords that I have had, I would say much less so far.

  6. I have had mine for about 2 and a half weeks, no problems. Best riding and best driving vehicle I have ever owned, including an LX 470 which I also liked very much, but it had a sort of dead feel to it. This truck is great so far, everywhere I have looked things are well do - again, so far.
