  1. I not positively sure, but, i do not believe that the HID has anything to do with your HD reception on the radio. Now why it takes longer for your HD channels to come in after the installation of the HID is anyone's guess. Might check the connection to the antenna, which you probably did already.
  2. just like corwest said..disconnect the battery and wait 15 minutes. hope the check engine light resets.
  3. I used one of those blue plastic wire connectors and connected the 2 red wires from the bixenon to the black and light blue wires of the high beam connector. After connections are made, test high beams using the high beams flashing approx. 30 times to assure proper function.
  4. so to be clear, are you looking for a spot to ground the harness, or you have not found the grounding wire on the harness?
  5. no, i believe you have a morimoto hd harness, look in the beginning of this topic and you will see in the diagrams that the hd harness has a ground for you to ground to the body of the vehicle.
  6. fyi...please consider gounding the harness even though your hid lights works without grounding. If something should happen, your lighting system will be protected with proper ground.
  7. Check page 36 under trouble shooting. Hope that will help you.
  8. This is from HID planet, this will help you with aiming the headlights. basically park 25ft in front of the wall and get directly in front of one side projector. then walk in a straight line towards the wall. when you get there, the / should be shining right in the middle of you. that is the proper aiming. the distance between the two // should always be the same as the distance between the two hid projector units in the headlamps. this may help
