  1. Well GM decided to do nothing and not help me out. So sorry guys and F you after 30+ years of nothing but General I have gone to the dark side. But hey it's smooth. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. do you have any pics of said plastic? I would like to take a look.
  3. That's the part I am working out with my dealer and GM right now. I am going to pay some more because I am going to the d-max Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have driven almost every Silverado crew 4x4 standard bed my dealer has to find one. They All do it the earliest build was 2/14 still did it. So I drove the 2500 and it's good so I am going to get the new 2500 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. A service advisor is for sure not gong to admit to any problems of any vehicle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. That is not an engine cover. That is the air intake baffling. The engine covers go around the area of the valve covers on either side Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Plus the shake is going to vibrate and rattle stuff loose down the road. Where stuff out premature. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Check the fuel tank slid plate as well the inner side by the drive shaft it is held on with metal tabs and a few of us had only one tan bent to hold it. It was very loose in the case so I bent them all up to tighten it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Why should we have to have one certain type of tire for these trucks to drive smooth? I have a 20 year old 2 door blazer with static balanced LT285/70R17 BFG Muds and runs smoother on the highway than my 14. That is not right. You should be able to put any brand or type of tire onto these truck and be able to achieve a smooth ride.
  10. P.s. Just my .02 I don't mean to or try to hurt anybody's feelings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hey I never said I was green I just know how oil and lube perform and you could say I know a thing or two about the internal combustion engine. Yes I have gas hog trucks yes I change a lot of oil but I do it when it's due. Just have your old oil sent for analysis and you will see that you leave a lot on the table. 12. Changing oil on a newer vehicle at 3000 is a huge waste in money, time, and most important the oil. We only have so much to go around and new car run way more efficient and put way pollutants into the oil. Plus running semi or full synthetic oils will give you longer than 3000 mile life because the additive package in the oil does not break down as quick. We all need to take a step forward in the way we think. So on they mylink I hate that the screen does not automatically transition back like if you change pandora station and you have to push exit to go back to the normal display. Or be able to set it to default to radio screen or navigation screen after a pre set time. That's how my Lexus was. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. He said it felt normal to him. The sale guy felt it and said it does not feel right plus the HD did not do it on the same roads.
  14. I did take the service manager for a ride. He was like blowing me off. I called GM today and opened a case so we will see. They asked what I wanted, I told them fix the truck to my satisfaction, or buy it back and I'll buy a 2015 2500 HD.
