  2. A really long selfie stick.....[emoji16] We were traveling with some family that was in their motorhome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Got a new toy to tow. She towed it pretty well even in some severe winds and traversing some hilly terrain. MPG could be better than 9.5 but I didn’t expect anything more really. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Just a few Z's hanging out today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. My Z71 and a buddy's 6.2 Max Tow w/2.5" level (That kind of ironically has never actually towed anything). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Installed a set of OEM DSQ tow mirrors and harnesses today. For a novice it only took just over 2 1/2 hours. Everything works including the mirror memory and key fob folding with no reprogramming. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Just doing a little more towing for a family vacation. 3 bikes in the bed and 16 in the cargo trailer. There is more than a few of us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Will do! A new flag is up now, the new truck should be ready tomorrow, and the new house should be done in about 10 days. Its shaping up to be a good start to the year, but there will be some more dirt that needs moved around, so lucky me. Just my 2 cents, but I think every front yard in this country needs a flag flying out front.
  11. Figured I'd post a few recent goodbye pics after 31k mostly trouble free miles. Mainly the heated/cooled seats a few times, but it wasn't a big issue overall. It's been a great truck, and I've liked it so much I decided on pretty much the exact same 17 model. I would have kept this one a while longer but my local dealer made me a deal I honestly couldn't refuse. No mods other than 16k miles on stock sized Toyo Open Country AT2s. Mileage with the AT2s over that time was 15.2. Stock at 15k miles was 16.3 and dropped to 15.9 overall, but the first 15k miles was on stock 18's. I do use remote start a lot though. 12. Hey everyone, I had not saw anything regarding the "LDW unavailable" problem getting fixed yet so I would add where I am at with that. I have only had minor problems so far. Foggy highbeams, a rusted trim screw, no led rings and the LDW temporarily unavailable. The LDW unavailable has happen 4-5 times since the 21st of December. The last time it happened I called onstar and had them run a diagnostic check. It came back as no error codes so the onstar advisor said "she would look through my manual". I had done that and the only advise is that the camera might be dirty. Well my windshield was perfectly clean and my Forward Collision Alert was working just fine off the same camera so I knew that wasn't it. She couldn't do anything for me other than log my complaint... So this morning I had my truck in at my local dealer for the recall update. Picked it up no problems and drove home. I jumped in the truck about 30 mins later and immediately the LDW Unavailable notice pops up. I have today off so I figured I would drive straight back to the dealer. I got the service manager out and showed her. Shut off and started the truck 3 times and it didn't clear itself. She agreed that my windshield was clean and had me keep it on while a tech came out. He hooked his computer up and sure enough, no codes, but there was some warning message for a short in the wiring somewhere. So as of now I have left it with them and they assured me I should have it back by he end up the day. Hopefully that will fix it, assuming they find the short before it does any other damage to the electronics. My fathers corvette had a short in the wiring and they ended up replacing the whole alternator assembly on that vehicle as it had fried it. I will post an update when I pick it up and how things go with it after that. Hopefully this might be useful to others out there with the same issue
  13. My '14. Traded in a '13 ext cab for this and I couldn't be happier with the new GM Trucks! (Either could a few family members!)
