UPDATE: My radiator was leaking. Changed the rad and now the temp is right where is should be and no more coolant smell. They even fixed my moving driver seat, from the 1st attempt!
Same here. Taking it in next Wednesday. Also, I needed to add coolant, the reserve was empty and the truck overheated for about 10 seconds before I shut it off. It is definitely leaking antifreeze... I can smell it from the outside, mostly on the driver side. I have the steam coming from the grill, driver side, but I cant see any visible leaks. Its either drinking it or its dripping somewhere I cant see.
Here's mine, a Sierra AT Crew w/6.5". Bought it new 3rd of July 2013, now almost at 22 000 kms. Enjoyed every one of them.
Wheels are XD813 (20", tires are 275/60/20). Its leveled using RC 2.5" kit. I added air bags and wireless controller to help with my work trailer.sag.
I know the truck is uber dirty, That's next on the to do list!
Sure! They install exactly the same as the 07-13 models. I mounted the compressor and valve on the inner fender of the driver side. Works flawlessly, Bye bye saggy ass end.
I was driving home today and saw a drop of water hit my steering wheel... When I got home, I looked at my headliner near the driver's sunvisor and it was wet around the visor's bracket. I removed it, and there is in fact, water coming from the roof. Probably from the OnStar antenna, its almost right above. The truck now has 17000kms and has been trouble free. Ill make a trip to the dealer this week...
