  1. I had my exhaust coming out of the body in front of my wheel, I used a double walled tip and 5mm heat resistant vacuum hose to protect the truck. There should be pics in my profile, dont have any on my phone right now.
  2. Have you considered the BFG KO2's?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. welcome and nice truck, personally I'm a fan of black with the silver Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Black Bear Performance, awesome customer service and you can get an in-person tune or log data and get a tune via email.
  5. I went with a 6.5" Ready Lift and kept 18 wheels (-12 offset) with 35x12.5 BFG KO2's, there was some rubbing when I had the wheels at full lock when turning but a few hit with a hammer cleared that right up.
  6. Mind did the same thing, just beat on that inner corner with a mallet or hammer, that will/should push it back far enough to get rid of the rubbing when you turn the wheels. If you want it to completely go away then you are gonna have to trim it up back there.
  7. Shit... For that price I'll just pick up a High Country 2500 Duramax Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  8. I have the same engine/gears but with a 6.5" lift, I went with 35" tires on 18" wheels and I couldn't really notice the power loss driving around town. It's on the highway when you'll go to pass someone that the loss will really be noticeable. As for your MPG loss I can't say because I have a 6.5" lift not the 2.5" level, I did however drop down to 17-19 mpg on the highway from 22-24. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  10. Magnuson TVS1900 Supercharger, Moroso Catch Can, Taylor 409 Race-Fit Pro Spark Plug Wires (10.4mm w/ Heat Protector Sleeves), American Racing Headers w/ high flow Cats and a BlackBear tune.... Holy Shit!!!!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  11. Out for a morning drive to find some deer Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  12. I have the 5.3L with 3.42's and after the 6.5" ready lift and 35" tires to me there wasn't much difference in the drive, where I really noticed the difference is on the highway trying to pass when I'm already doing 75/80 there wasn't the same passing power and quickness as before the lift/tires. So instead of regearing my differentials to get some power back I just bought a blower and got my power back that way :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. When I installed my headers they were throwing codes for the new cats, P0420 and P0430. This wouldn't let my remote start work either. I had to turn off the rear sensors to get the codes to go away. Once they were cleared my remote start issues went away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I went with a Moroso (PN: 85481) Air/Oil Separator Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
