  1. I took mine I n for a recall and mentioned to the dealership that I had been reading about how the lights were supposed to be blue and lots of people were taking them in to get fixed. He said he'd check into it and then he just fixed it. No questions asked.
  2. I have the 3:42 rear end. It's early to joe for sure but it looks like I have gone down about 2mpg or so. I've only driven about 150 miles so far though. I have the 5.3. A few things I have been worried about with going to a six inch and 35's were power and the ride. The power has been fine. Those 35's can still spin off the line if I punch it (I had to check). Like I said, no problems with the ride at all. So far I have been very happy overall with my decision. "Say" for sure
  3. Honestly, it came down to finances. My first pick was the BDS kit but I found myself short of cash and was bound and determined not to finance this mod! The shop I worked with recommended the Zone as it was still a good quality product and would save me the money I needed. Zone and BDS are the same company but the BDS has the no questions warranty. So far I love it. I was worried a little about the ride quality, but it is just as good as my factory ride. Hopefully it will hold up to some abuse as well. Time will tell. All told I was able to save almost a thousand by changing the lift and my tire choice.
  4. Yes, I decided to buck the trend and go with smaller wheels. These are 17 on 35 1250. I shaved off a few hundred dollars by going this route. The tires are Atturo Blade MT's. I love the looks of them. There's not a lot of info out there on them but I didn't find any negatives. We'll see how they hold up as I will start putting them to the test next month.
  5. Finally! 6.5 inch Zone lift, 35x1250 Atturo MT's. What do you think?
  6. Just ordered up my Zone 6.5 lift, tires, and rims.....gulp!
  7. I remove the headrest. Wasn't an option in my 2011. I'm not too concerned about it. I drove 70's and 80's models with a bench seat for years and there were no head rests in those days. Well, come to think of it, I believe the headrest was called a window!
  8. I've had mine since I bough it in November. Definitely makes it look nice!
  9. Turned off the traction control and let her rip at a stop light. I have never squeeled tire like that in my life! Lol. The kids got a kick out of it anyway.... There is a big noticeable difference in this 5.3 vs. the 2011 I had.
