  1. 2018 GMC 2500 - I haven’t driven the truck in two weeks. Got in this morning and the AC was blowing hot air in the full “Auto” setting at 67 degs. Adjusted it down to “Lo” and no change. Put it in manual mode, front vent and high fan speed and it was so cold it fogged up the windows. Any ideas? Dealer had no clue and said they haven’t had that issue before. Thanks in advance.
  2. Looks like you have the right tires, just air down and know how or where you’ll pump them back up. I love running the NC Outer Banks. Have fun!
  3. Not sure about the Superchip but I agree 100% with Colossus, EFILive from BlackBear will get the most out of your truck. They have tuning days all over the US.
  4. I’ve heard good things about Goodyear DuraTracs from a few friends. Probably going with a set when the OEMs wear out on the 18. I had a set of Toyo AT2s on the 16 2500. They didn’t last very long. Ran Mastercraft Courser A/T2s on my old 2K Dodge Cummins, good price, great tire!
  5. They replaced the lift pump and fuel filter and said all was fine. It hasn’t shut off or stumbled again but I haven’t towed anything either. It has a few times taken a few seconds more to bust off when cranking, but no codes. 2800 miles on it now. At least the steering still works on this one!
  6. Coming home from a four-hour trip Sunday towing a small utility trailer, my truck dropped to idle while at speed on the interstate just a few miles from home. I was lucky and able to pull over to an exit ramp with zero power. While coasting the display popped up saying reduced power for a couple of seconds and the engine light came on. While still on the exit, all power restored, message went away, and I was able to make it home on back roads. While it was still running I pulled three codes: P0087, P129F and P228B. Cut it off, unloaded everything and then went to move the trailer. It turned over for a few seconds then busted off (longer than normal). As soon as I put it in gear it shut off. Got it to the dealership and awaiting the results. Truck only has 1,404 miles on it and was delivered from Flint a few weeks ago. All displays read fine, fuel filter, DEF fluid, etc. Engine light still on. Just FYI to add to the list of L5P problems
  7. 4"B"00=Bayed or 4800=Rail Ramp Unload? I'm still waiting for mine too
  8. Just moved to 3300! Still build date of 3/26 Truck now is Iridium, new one will be Frost w/ Black int
  9. The Frost with Black seems to be the hard one to find as they quit with my color I have now. Two on the lot at Laura but that's 1,400 miles away.
  10. On 2-12 they said 3-12 build date then on 2-26 they changed it to 3-26. Only waited 7 weeks total for my old 14! Thinking hard about driving up to LauraGMC as they have the exact truck I ordered on the lot.
