  1. Just curious if anyone knows when Centennial Editions will hit dealer lots or if you have seen them on the lots already. My grandpa ordered one when they announced it and initially was told by Thanksgiving and now he is being told it will be later until he will get it. Of course he wants to be the first one to have one locally and obviously his will take some time being special ordered with 6.2 and no sunroof. I have read reports that dealers were to start getting them in October and I am surprised to not see any yet especially with the strong marketing push.
  2. Does anyone know the part numbers for the black trim?
  3. I was looking at led fog light replacements and PUTCO had instructions on their site and they have you removing the fender well liner
  4. Guessing your interior has excessive wear too?
  5. The brake lights stay on when "Hill Start Assist" mode is enabled
  6. Over the weekend installed a full seal kit to the box. Didn't realize these exact ones existed before but the kit included the tailgate seal, front seal (which appears to be useless besides at the very top), clear stickers for over the round holes if the truck did not come with plugs and the best part foam "bricks" for under the rails where you can literally stick your hand. Only retails for $50 so not bad either. Don't have any installed pics but didn't take long and appears to have sealed the huge tailgate gaps for the most part
  7. ya it never made it on the truck and the place I bought it from sent it to a place in town to be repainted with someone elses iridium gas cap haha. Got it back on and matches a lot better now that leer didn't paint it, a tad off but not anymore than a person would expect it to being aftermarket paint
  8. Same exact problem here. Leer must not have it quite figured out right.
  9. Anyone notice little pegs on the top of the engine that look like they are for an engine cover? or am I just missing mine? haha
  10. Better than nothing like the previous two gens. The holder is slightly on the small side. Oh well I guess holds all mine. They make them small so when you hit bumps they aren't sliding around in there getting messed up
  11. Its not really any worse of a design that was on previous models. The Silverado HD and the 06 1/2 silvy with the taller cowl hood catches more
